Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your speakers in their original double-walled boxes and internal foam inserts to ensure the acoustic components are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of the package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
